The kitchen is very well equipped for all your needs. (A brand new open kitchen diner joined by an island is due to be fitted in May 2022 ready for the summer season. There will be contemporary kitchen fittings, integrated Neff appliances: 2 ovens one including a microwave function, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher.)
There are well equipped stores within an easy walking distance. You will find a greengrocer with fresh fruit and vegetables, butchers, mini supermarkets, bakeries, patisseries, a fromagerie and laitière, wine shops and regional gourmand shops with produce from Haute-Savoie. Samöens is famous for its Wednesday morning market opposite the Tourist Office. There is a external power socket capable of slow charging e-cars overnight. (Your own adaptor to local french socket is required) If you have a fuel car, it is a very short drive to a large Carrefour with petrol station or the village petrol station opposite the pharmacie. During warmer months, it is a pleasant walk to Carrefour.
